Welcome to Help Is On The Way, an interactive narrative experience. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in this project. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the Experience

Help Is On The Way is a storytelling experience designed to explore how identity affects fear, survival, and perception. The project is artistic, experimental, and educational in nature. It is not a game, survey, or diagnostic tool.

Eligibility

This experience is intended for users aged 16 and older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and your own.

Use of Personal Information

We collect certain personal information — including race, age, gender, hometown, and email address — to inform this interactive experience, related research or storytelling analysis, and promotional or marketing efforts for the project.

Your responses may be used in aggregated or anonymized form in research, public reporting, marketing materials, and other creative outputs connected to this project.

All collected information is stored securely in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), which complies with industry-standard security measures. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more details.

Data will be retained for the duration of this project and until the conclusion of any related promotional activities, thereafter for archival, research, and promotional purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting chinwefilms@gmail.com.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to your information being used for research, storytelling, and promotional purposes, and to being contacted via email about future phases of the project, related events, or promotional content.

If you access or participate in this experience from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

All original content, copy, images, video, and design within this experience are the property of Chinwe Okorie and collaborators unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access at any time if we believe these terms are violated.

No Liability for Outcomes

This experience may contain intense or emotionally charged content. While designed with care, Help Is On The Way is not responsible for any emotional distress, misinterpretation, or personal discomfort that may arise. Participate at your discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the experience after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
