SUPPORT THE FILM
Help Is On The Way is a psychological thriller currently in development, written and directed by Chinwe Okorie. Set in rural Texas, the story follows a young Black woman stranded on the roadside whose search for help spirals into something far more surreal—and dangerous. Inspired by real-world disappearances, the film explores themes of race, visibility, gaslighting, and survival through a distinctly Black female lens.
